|Beef Bourguignon with Carrots|

|ingredients||2 pounds of Beef cut 1 inch cubes |
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 diced onion
2 bottles of red wine
- Beef Bourguignon is a beef stew. It can be served with many types of carrots and various types of vegetables.
- Peel and slice the carrots. Place the sliced carrots in a saucé pan and add water. Add 4 tps of butter and season with salt and pepper
- Simmer the carrots for 6-8 minutes until they are tender and garnish them with 1/4 cup of chopped parsley. Serve with Beef Bourguignon.
